Jason in the service department is very rude & non-informative!! I was charged for a diagnostic test when I was never told about it. I originally came in to get an oil change & that wasn’t even done because my car is “a mess!”
RecommendedBlade as a whole did an excellent job when we made our purchase. Quentin Cobb deserves a shout-out on his own as well. We felt comfortable throughout the process and nothing was cryptic. The place is clean and straightforward. I'll buy everything here, just not worth it to look around elsewhere when you already know you're getting the best experience at Blade. (For used cars, they can go get you anything you need, not just GM/Chevy stuff.)

I took my truck in toBlade, was told I needed a new oil pan. Paid quite a bit out of pocket for the work. A year later it was leaking like crazy. I just took it to a reputable mechanic who discovered the real problem, cleaned out the cheap patch job that had put in to disguise the problem, and did the repair that BladeSHOULD have done in the first place. 😡
