Great warm friendly people that know what they're doing!
Blade cannot follow through on a simple agreement to properly fix an issue on a car they are selling in order to keep the sale. If they can't follow through on simple things, how are they with the rest of their business practices?
Got a great deal on an 08 Subaru Outback and they even put a new set of tires on it due to ones on it being worn. Quentin Cobb did a great job making this purchase a good one.
Rey helped us today purchase a GMC Yukon and was able to get us a great deal on our trade! They made sure to get our family in something affordable and safe! Thanks to everyone who helped us! I will definitely be back in the future if we need anything.
I knew what I wanted and what budget I would stay in and there was zero pressure to go beyond that. It was smooth and easy! I was going to go through Carmax to avoid the sales pitch but they did everything and more than I would have had through carmax. I'm very happy with the whole transaction! Only giving one star because zero was not an option. My husband and I were ready to potentially purchase a truck here today, and they lost our business indefinitely. The manager sent the sales clerk out to inform us that he would not allow us to test drive a vehicle because we had shown interest in a different vehicle the week prior and had not pursued purchasing it. We left feeling very insulted and disappointed by their lack of professionalism. They will not receive our business in the future.
Always friendly, fair and quick service. I have purchased twice from them and always appreciate the friendly , helpful atmosphere.
