The salesman I worked with had a very bad attitude when I expressed that I didn't have interest in a truck after he sent pictures.
I used to just think it was just there sales department that was rude but the old lady in the parts department definitely takes the award for worst customer service ever!! I will never give them any of my business or recommend them to anyone. Pretty sad because years ago they were great and my family only bought cars from them but not anymore.
I am writing this review for a friend - Lee Johnson - took his older Silverado in to get a new door mechanism - His appointment was at 8am - he left his car and walked around for awhile waiting for the promised call to let him know it was done. No call came. At 11:30 he called them. Oh I tried to call you twice - ????really - why didn't you leave a message AND why didn't my phone show missed calls. THEN when he asked to speak to the service manager he was told his truck was just being finished and he walked back to the deale... read more
