NEVER. AGAIN. $17,000 for 2015 Malibu LEMON. My car has less than 65k and I know the service department by name! I haven't gone once without having to come back because they screwed something up and set off 1-3 other sensors. I purchased 2 warranties including the Platinum warranty which is total CRAP and covers basically nothing. The car care warrenty is WORSE bonus there's a $250 deductible before it does nothing while you pay monthly for it. NEVER AGAIN. What a joke, they saw me coming - they will see you too.
This place sucks, we paid so much for new brakes and as soon as we left, it was making a whole new noise that we never encountered before. We took it back and had to have the service manager listen to the problem cause apparently the people who actually work on it have no idea what they are doing. And now after going to a new shop we we're already told that we already need new brakes again and it's been less than a year. Pretty sure they ripped us off and didn't replace anything new like they stated. They create more problem... read more
So pleased with how Sam in the service department treated us and handled the issues with our truck. We will definitely be driving the extra 15 minutes to them if we ever need anything else!
They got caught overcharging and had to refund $1700 but it cost us double to undo and fix what they didn't do.
We had great support from Quentin and Josh and the whole staff. We actually bought 3 cars and each one we felt really good about. No pressure and lots of honest genuine care. We love our new cars - and are super happy with our experience at Blade.
Although we were not able to deal...we were treated well. Will try again when ready for our truck!
