Recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Blade Chevrolet. I worked with Ron Russell and he was great to work with. I also appreciated Carl who has been at this dealership for many years. They were upfront and honest and made the purchase experience great. For the last 18 years I have purchased many vehicles in Bellingam. However the dealerships have lost the family, we want your business attitude. It was great to see it exists at Blade Chevrolet!!!
Very professional and honest
Although I did not purchase the vehicle we discussed, they were very helpful. I live out of state, they sent very detailed and good photographs. Excellent communication through the whole process.
I was contacted back and set a appointment to go look at the vehicle when arrived i was shown other vehicles instead of the one I inquired about when I asked about it i was told it was still at the detailer since the morning and wouldn't be back until a couple days i had to drive a couple hours to reach this dealer and was assured the vehicle was there and it was not.
We were very pleased with customer service and we got the SUV we wanted for an affordable price. Everyone was so nice and really cool. Thank you Blade!
