Very BAD vets the service was horrible never been to one worse than this I was sitting in the waiting area and the way they spoke to me let alone other customers was horrible they refuse to see an animal if it has ever been to another vets including an emergency I well never return here again I recommend colne valley
My dog has been registered with Blackwater Vets since we brought him home as a puppy. They have always been great! Recently he has had a period of ill health and I cannot fault the treatment he has received and the kindness and love they have shown him. Ola and the whole team, I appreciate everything you have done for him over the last couple of months - Thank you!
Very disappointed. My cat has been registered with Blackwater Vets for three years and I have been moderately pleased with them - always polite but not overly friendly and quite overpriced but I was prepared to accept this for the convenience of using a local vet and to ensure continuity for my nervous cat. We purchased a puppy 2 years ago and Blackwater were unable to continue the course of vaccinations that the breeder had started so we sourced another vet for him. Sadly we had to visit with our very poorly dog while we were on holiday. We were warmly welcomed and our dog was treated with such care and love (as were we). Cannot thank you enough Amanda, Ashleigh and Ola xx Mersea you're so lucky to have a practice that hasn't been bougt out by a chain. Such a difference to our local vets. Great vets , great service, lovely people , my dogs even like going there , would not take my dogs anywhere else.
