I called 8am got through very quickly I did try a lot of times but that's to be expected, I had two completely separate issues one was quite a sensitive issue, I was quite upset about the receptionist was so kind and helpful, really understanding booked me in with a female doctor listened to what I had to say and was absolutely brilliant, she then went on to book me with an ANP regarding the other problem, the appointments coincided really well and the service was great, as someone who works for the NHS myself I am proud to ... read more

Called this afternoon to get advice as I'm a nurse and my dad clearly has a urine infection, lots of symptoms and mild delirium. Told to either call tomorrow at 8 am or if concerned called 111 after 6.30pm. If I wasn't concerned I wouldn't have called! Now waiting for 111's second call which was told would be within the hour (it's not!). He needs antibiotics. NHS at its finest! Not! Bringing mum in today. She has Parkinson's and dementia.
