Excellent service from first phone call enquiry to first service on our new Honda Quadbike. After seeing the £1,000 discount on their social media page we rang to enquire and we ran through all the options and extras. Delivery was set for later that week, where Joe came out and showed us how to use it. Oscar has since come out and done its first service. Couldn’t not recommend them more, great family business!

I was impressed by the sales experience, from first contact with Giles to delivery of the tractor and equipment took four days with no fuss. However what impressed me most was that when I noticed an issue with the flail and emailed Joe for advice, less than 24 hours later a courier turned up with a replacement PTO shaft. That is excellent customer service in my book.

From the first phone call with Giles to delivery it was First class service. The machine works great as does the flail mower and loader with grab attachment. Would certainly recommend Blacktrac to my friends and family. Well done to the staff at Blacktrac I’m Looking forward to purchasing more equimpent in the future. Regards Nigel Brooks
