WARNING TO ANYONE WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE CORRUPT. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. I HAD ISSUES WITH A COUNCIL TAX BILL AND ASKED THEM FOR COMFIRMATION EMAIL AND PROOF WHEN I LEFT THE PROPERTY FROM JUST TWO YEARS AGO AND THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING ON RECORD. !! MASSIVE RED FLAG !! VERY RUDE AS WELL. BE CAREFUL ROUND GUYS
Definitely avoid this rental agency! I asked for a refund of my deposit and they didn't do anything about it for 14 days and were constantly unreachable on the phone and slow to be efficient!
1 star is generous, STAY WELL AWAY, the properties that these letting agents own are falling apart, they have no idea what they’re doing, they charge extortionate rates for everything and are incredibly rude people, do not under any circumstance do business with these people; they prey on students and take advantage of anyone they can. STAY AWAY
