Installed a gas fire wonky, and left us with a gas leak, incorrect seal and flue. And then complained when we complained. Lost 4 figures on it.
Excellent service. Ian and his team were professional and polite. They did a great quality job on our house boiler installation and three bathrooms. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Our hall ceiling was dripping like a rain forest. Ian & Reece just kept on ferreting away until they were content that they had all of the possible sources of the leak repaired. No questions left unanswered. The major problem was a failed hot water tank. Then they installed a more modern tank with the neatest copper pipework I have ever seen, worthy of the Tate gallery.
