Not good service - was given 7 1/2 hrs to respond to an email and as I didn't respond (I was at work!) we lost the van & they sold it to someone else. Gutted ! Unclear communication & we had no idea that the reservation fee only lasted 24 hrs. We were told we would have to wait 3 weeks to collect as they were short staffed. Wasted our time.
