I rented a property from them in stratford. Very good agency. I had some issues in the beginning because of an employee who was handling my case but then he was let go. After that I never had a problem in 5 years. Agency managed the property well, solved any issues in time. They are reliable and professional guys. When I left, all the move out formalities were done nicely and I moved out peacefully without any issues or complaints. Thank you to blackhoarse estate.
For the last 7 years I have been renting a property with them and I can say only THANK YOU. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Agency. Wish all the best to the team.
Edit 4/7/24. You have the same owner since being established? Than recent times is irrelevant? Google review wasn't really a thing, around 15-10 years ago. This is exactly what happened. I have all emails/etc as proof. Company was completely negligent and deceptive sadly when sourcing and managing the property. Before /During and Afterwards.
