It's a typical car dealer with *everything* that you expect from a car dealer. Don't be fooled by the AA tag on their website, they're still car sales people. I'd mistakenly thought the AA tag meant I'd be less likely to get the typical used car with lots of issues you discover later down the road, but something as simple as the screen wash reservoir literally emptying under the car as you fill it up I wouldn't have expected from an AA approved dealer.
