I’d leave more than 5 stars if I could - doctors here are brilliant - this was my local surgery for 3 years - the whole team including reception give you 110% every time - always helpful - always right on the ball!!
Complete nightmare.
I changed to Blackheath about 18 months ago and I honestly have nothing but good to say about them. Not even one of the reception staff show even a smidgin of bureaucratic personality disorder... they're all very reasonable, polite, profesional and helpul. I've seen a number of different GP's there... all decent people; I've never felt rushed and always felt listened to. They seem to just do their job and get things done. Fair play to them. Hot doc doesn't always work for appointments, took a day off work to get told i don't have a booking. Need better customer service with compassion, not robots.
