This is an absolute joke with the people! Yesterday I call to book an appointment, and the receptionist tells me that I have to call at 14:30! Why is this !? Can’t they do their job and let the doctor know about it before ? Anyway I ring back at the time and after a long waiting period manage to book the appointment and information that the doctor will call me back. Ginger lady with round glasses is very very rude, cruel and cold. My partner tried to hand in a stool sample only to be made to feel disgusting as she didnt want it in her fridge 'festering' and in front of waiting patient's. Might have cancer but all gone in bin now. So unprofessional. She done same to me as she told me in front of a packed waiting room that she werent having that next to her milk!! It doesn't state in letter times to take in if you dont no then you dont no. Just explain dont be cruel

I love this practice. They put patients first and I have found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. The GP's think for themselves, and listen to their patients which is refreshing.

Certain practitioners here are better than others. I don’t rely on medical professionals if I don’t have to. Dr A has always been the most serious about my conditions. He has gone above and beyond for me. Kudos.

Just been to an appointment in there and I had a few other things I needed checking out and the gp refused to talk about the rest of my health I mean what's going on in this world today to quick to get you out the door GPS don't care about your health.if u pay private that's different
