Not a warm or welcoming environment. Stock randomly laid out, surfaces dusty, poor lighting, staff don't move from their desks at the exit door

Good range of stock at decent prices
Decided since the Sale was on I'd go. Saw something I liked and just asked politely if prices were negotiable, sales assistant was taken aback but got abit cheeky, if you don't ask my motto is you'll never know, didn't seem interested so I left, surely if merchandise has to go then everything has a price.
Never using this company again, came home from a holiday after they arranged to build my sofa whilst I away to find the house turned upside down, disgusting work gloves in my newborns moses basket, snapped a lamp and botched it back together, screws not even fitted properly to find their excuse was their drill had died and had no other means of fitting screws.
