Flawless from start to finish. Gareth was incredibly generous with his advice, even when it meant we might choose a less expensive flooring option—a rare quality in sales. Paul was helpful and accommodating throughout, while Craig’s efficiency and attention to detail in fitting the flooring were outstanding. He genuinely cared about getting it right and ensuring we were happy with the result. Would highly recommend for LVT flooring.
