I've always had great service there with the people behind the counter always friendly to me . great place to unwind with a cup of coffee!
Fresh coffee. And De-lish bakery. Almost perfect place to hang out
I could easily give this a 4 or 5, however, the biggest asset to being successful in a small community is how you are treated when you walk thru the door. The servers aren't friendly, never greet you with a smile or a "good morning". Just a "what can I get ya"? The girls at Higher Grounds are ALWAYS friendly! I suggest you guys step in up a notch in customer service. The lack of pleasantries are appalling and my tip reflects my experience. Higher Grounds gets triple the tip I leave at your establishment.
