Horrible, unfriendly staff. In 50 years of wearing glasses, they have been the first to refuse to replace a screw for an emergency repair.(stating that they were not supplied by them). Shame on you, black and lizards.
My 10 year old daughter attended yesterday for an eye check and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. The optician Morna Bell was so friendly, professional and good with her, and very thorough. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!
Really nice staff and kindly sorted me out with a replacement glasses case. Unfortunately you still have to book in by appointment even to browse, not good enough with the relaxation of restrictions. So unfortunately not a 5-star experience.
Got my eyes tested on a Saturday, received a text on Tuesday telling me my glasses was ready to be collected. Excellent service from a lovely group of staff. No more to be said. Many Thanks, John Mc Dowell.
