2 days into our honeymoon and she damages her glasses and bends them to breaking point! We stopped off here as the nearest opticians and we are so glad we did! An absolute pleasure, they not only fixed her glasses but also gave us 2 arms in case they did break on our honeymoon! And didn’t ask for anything in return! We also got lots of tips on where to visit too! If I were local this would deffo be my go to opticians!! Thank you!!
Best eye examination I've ever had, very thorough with a detailed explanation of the results.
Whilst on holiday here this week I had a medical problem with my eye and the pharmacist suggested I see an optician. As Black Isle Optician was the closest and great easy parking too I called in there and was so glad I did. They could not be more helpful and professional, I had to return again and nothing was too much trouble. If I lived locally I would definitely be using Black Isle Optician as my regular.
In my 80+ years I have seen quite a few opticians ... all big High Street names. This time, my wife and I decided to make an appointment with the new optician who had set up in the village of Avoch on the Black Isle. Just a few miles from where we live, it would save us going into the centre of Inverness. What a great decision that proved to be. Never have I had such a good experience.
