UPDATE: BHEI replied to my review within hours of this post and corrected the matter immediately...I was issued a refund check...thank you. I was called by Bobbie about 3 months ago telling me that BHREI owed me a refund of $75. So then I called back, and Bobbie said they would process it in 3 weeks. THEN I called Bobbie back again, and she never called me back. This refund has not been given back and it was about 3 years ago I did my lasik surgery. I was called by Bobbie about 3 months ago telling me that BHREI owed me a refund of $75. So then I called back, and Bobbie said they would process it in 3 weeks. THEN I called Bobbie back again, and she never called me back. This refund has not been given back and it was about 3 years ago I did my lasik surgery. I find this behavior of keeping my refund for 3 years, telling me 3 years later, then not writing me a check for my refund TOTALLY UNETHICAL. Not recommending them until this is resolved.

Very professional, efficient and friendly staff. Everything was explained well. My surgery went very good & I'm now seeing great.... without glasses or contacts! I only wish I had done this 30 years ago! I've already recommended you to my family & friends.
