Used Shiply to get quotes for moving a car blackcube came back as a reasonable price along with 1 other company. Opted to use black cube removals. It took a long time to get any contact from them to arrange a date, on the selected date it was put off from that day (Friday) and scheduled for the following Monday instead. I had very little contact with them I was kept updated by the seller of the car rather than black cube. Avoid. I used this service twice (due to using price comparison sites without knowing the company’s name). The first time was not great (some scratches on furniture and dirty hand marks), but the second time was a total disaster. Items were damaged, parts were missing, and they had an unreasonable expectation that I would keep invoices years after purchase. Despite knowing the dimensions of my items, they provided a van that was too small, and we had to pay extra to move the rest of the items as the new owners were moving in... read more
Avoid! I have just unload the storage that furniture was deliver to and literally half of my stuff is damaged!
