Paid for S Class got an electric car. No reply by customer support on phone, chat or email. Overcharged by £50. No driver greet and name board at airport. App says look out for a 7 Series with a plate number, but you have to find the car in the parking that is a different make and plate number. Very much less than first class service Driver got to save about £50 by using his electric car and us paying for an S Class. Not happy
