Very disappointed with BK Safetywear. Website sizing info unclear—I ordered UK size 6 safety shoes, but they arrived huge (like size 7/8), so I returned them. Strict returns policy isn’t free, and after delivery of return no updates—just a reduced refund shown on my account (£41.42 vs £56.84 paid) with zero explanation. No money back so far. There’s not much information on the account about the return process or processing. Email response time is painfully slow. Lost money, won’t recommend. 1/5 stars.
I ordered some new safety wear from BK site, they had a huge range and clear descriptions of everything. All arrived quickly and exactly as shown/described. Ill certainly be using them again.
Living only a few miles from BK Safety & Workwear, I telephoned them enquiring about waterproof overtrousers for use whilst riding my motorbike. I operate a not-for-profit organisation BikeMarshals and have used BK Safety for several years and have always found them fantastic to deal with. This week they exceeded all expectations when I ordered some more Wrafton hi-vis jackets which required to be badged before dispatch.
