I really should be writing about two seperate experiences at Barnes, as I've had two stellar encounters! One being the birth of my daughter. I truly believe she would've died or had serious neurological issues if I had gone anywhere else to deliver her. They realized a critical situation and had their expert team assessing her immediately. Today she is a healthy and normal 4 year old. Yesterday I arrived for an elective surgery. Billing Dept. is horrific! I have a monthly payment plan with them; never missed a payment, never late. They have not credited payments that I made even after faxing and mailing copies of all payments made to them from my bank. Customer service does not answer promptly and Supervisor will not return my phone calls. Then they send me to collections for their errors. For such a large entity - totally unprofessional.
