Has charged me several times for services that I am not responsible for. I will never use their network again!
This is related to my adult son ..Certain aspects of this system BJC lacks prioritizing and follow up . My son has three bulging disc .He is in constant sever pain and cannot get solutions . This has been going on since summer . The care itself seems proficient , but I can tell you as a parent watching this it is horrible .Again, this is not my son's opinion just my observation .They do not return calls in a timely manor and need help .

My wife went to the ER sick with a 102-degree temperature and upset stomach and you know what else and dizziness and the ER didn't do crap this is ridiculous when all our doctors are a part of wash u / BJC then and give her her IV fluids no pillow no blanket when she asked for it nothing you guys need to overhaul your ER or fire your Dr's my wife even asked for the charge nurse to
I have always loved the staff. They are very nice, helpful and respectful. If you need to get in to see the doctor, they will do their best to get you in that day.
