DO NOT use the billing website to pay your bills! We have been going back and forth with the billing department since April on a bill they claimed we never paid. After sending proof of the payment, proof that the money was taken from our account and being told by multiple people that it was handled and the account was being closed, we were instead sent to collections for a debt we had been told no longer existed. This group has the most appallingly inefficient billing system. There is no communication between departments whatsoever so getting answers on anything is nearly impossible. There is also an extreme lack of professionalism and work ethic. I had an ultrasound and follow up appointment for my pregnancy, my appointment was canceled and only one attempt to call me was made. Went to Alton memorial for a flu test. They performed other unneeded tests and xrays to run up bill. Took 5 months to get them to fix. Never even saw doctor but got a bill from him. Made payments on bill while they were getting it fixed and they sent it to collection anyway. Worst care and support and billing staff ever! Had another family member get a procedure done in Belleville. That they billed through. No took them 6 months to bill insurance and send me a surprise bill 6 months later. Horrible network!

I was blocked from entering my place of work at BARNES JEWISH HOSPITAL CAB Building. The man followed me and demanded that I needed to prove that I worked there, he even went as far as calling for security. When I told my supervisor of this harassment and discrimination 1 day later I was released from the job. Within that day of me telling my supervisor she begin assaulting me, telling me I was costing the company money because of where I parked. I strongly advise you not to use Bjc Home care I worked for this company for 11 years and after I transferred to PWH the job didn't work out. was wanting to come back to home care and was told I couldn't because I didnt inform management that I was transferring to another department within BJC. Management is horrible at this corporation.
