After previous appointment we were told by the midwife there will be appointments from this point on every two weeks. The next appointment was then booked in for 2 weeks time, roughly 12 weeks until due date. The next day we checked and saw the appointment had actually been booked in for 2 weeks pre the due date, obviously an error however no response form midwife on her phone and the Health Centres phone number is actually incorrect. Went to see physiotherapist Jonny after being referred in result of my back injury. Awful dirty bed with someone's makeup around the face hole. Zero hygiene standards, just disgraceful. My problems were ignored, he diagnosed 'weak muscles' without seeing MRI or CT scan results or even my spine as I stayed in high waist jeans and top each time I visited this place. Waste of time.
I phoned up and get a same day appointment as there had been a cancellation, conveniently it was after work for me. The practitioner was really friendly and professional which put me at ease for my procedure. She asked me medical and wellbeing questions beforehand, answered any questions I had, and sent me a link to a leaflet afterwards. Great service.
Does anyone fancy actually answering the phone? They have 2 appointments open online I’m desperately trying to book after weeks of waiting for something to come up, there is an error on website and telling me to call but no answer EVER.
