After working here for 3 years, I stopped in last week for the first time since Nov. 2014, and I was shocked that nothing had been done in 3 years to improve the store (painting, carpet, tables, etc) since new ownership. The vinyl on almost every booth and stool is ripped. We were hopeful new owners would actually help improve Bison; please invest in your store AND your employees, many of whom actually took an hourly pay CUTt when ownership was transferred, despite prices being raised. Food was good but nothing extraordinary. Something I could make in my own kitchen for much cheaper. Wait staff was pretty non-existent. Definitely not worth the price for the sub par food and service. Probably would not return.
We was there yesterday, had wonderful service and the food was delicious. Best first visit anywhere. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful visit
Finally got a chance to visit last night. The food was fantastic, and the service was awesome. A lot of food for the price!
