My husband and I visited Bison Witches on Sunday afternoon, around 4:30 PM. There were few customers. I ordered a chicken tortilla salad and he had a grilled chicken sandwich. It seemed to us that, given the low volume of customers, that it took much too long for the food to arrive; however, once it arrived, my salad was very tasty and it was HUGE and his sandwich was very good. We will return; hoping for faster service from the grill. Our waitress was very good.
Best Sandwich shop in Lincoln by far. Super cheap prices!

My bestie and I went yesterday for a late birthday road trip from Omaha as we had heard to go to this place. The chicken nachos were fantastic and huge! We split the TAC sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good, not great. Prices were lower than most bar and grills. The place is more of a dive hole in the wall, but i don't mind those places at all. WILL be definitely going back again.
Clean, families with small children were enjoying, and the food was Good!
