I love Bison Witches, I do. But it shouldn’t take over half an hour to get 2 sandwiches.
Food is amazing! Servers need learn to not sit down at the bar and hang out. Literally all 4 of them sat at the bar and got up every now and again to check on guests.
So sub-par. Do NOT see the allure..is it the booze/bar part? Sandwich bland, space dirty, service so-so.
Sat there for over 15+ minutes even after we had spoken to a server and they helped the people around us, but not a single offer of water or anything. Went next door to BW3’s and had food in front of us in about 15 minutes and water in less than a minute. Tried to take my mom for her first experience, but likely will not be back.

This was our first time here yesterday at 12:30. Kind of dumpy and the booths we sat in needed replaced the vinyl was peeling all over and scratched your legs. Also it took a very long time to get our food and then the waitress said she’d be back to take our ticket and never did come back. I thought it was kind of dumb that she had only our table in the way back and then her other tables were up front so it probably made it hard for her as well. Service was quite slow and waitress was very unattractive. Told us we could share a 24 oz Bloody Mary but then did not bring an extra glass. Why would you not serve smaller bloody Mary’s every day?
T.A.C Sand which was amazing and drinks were good!
