I was part of Bison Witches' original service crew (for grand opening nearing 20 years ago). I wish we had one in Omaha! Since we do not, and I love it so- I try hard to eat there whenever I'm in Lincoln. Pretty certain they're using the exact tables, menus, etc. from more than a decade ago (smart $) though management has changed in the last few years. I miss seeing Paul behind the bar. Just had the TAC sandwich on a bed of greens instead of bread! My new favorite "sandwich". Great quality. And awesome service. :)

Nice place! The temperature was cold though. The food was really good but one thing I do not like on any sandwich is shredded lettuce. LEAF lettuce for sandwiches. SHREDDED lettuce is for tacos. Period. Leaf lettuce on sandwiches isnt really much more expensive plus is MUCH more appealing and less messy for the customer. makes for a cleaner kitchen too. I'll be back soon and am looking forward to a sandwich that looks great and tastes great too. I also hope the thermostat is turned up a couple notches. Thanks
