The food is good- so this isn’t about that However the “kids” that work there/run their social media need to be trained better with Customer service. They were rude when I asked a simple question on one of their FB posts. They thought playing around with me was “fun”. I just wanted an answer to my question. Not jokes. Doesn’t seem very Professional if you ask me. Disappointed- I deleted my question and took screenshots. So not funny 😒

I understand that it was a husker Saturday.....however, we got a table right away. no one came to take our drink order. okay cool. I went to the bar got our drinks right away. no biggie. after waiting for 30 minutes I flagged down a waitress to take our food order. She said, "um yes hold on let me go inside to get a waitress." we continued to wait. then my friend went inside about 15 to 20 minutes later and asked if we could get someone out there to take our order. Bison Witches is always a treat for my husband & I. We’ve been eating here ever since we started dating over 10 years ago. I can honestly say,we’ve NEVER had bad service or bad food. Very chill atmosphere. Friendly staff. Whatever you order,don’t forget the chips with CCQ! You won’t be disappointed.
