I wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted so test drove a variety of makes and models. My previous vehicle was a Nissan and the help at the dealership helped make my decision. All my questions were answered and the process was handled quickly & efficiently.

Bob has helped me before with my car. This is the 3rd car I have purchased thru this dealership and have always worked with Lance as a salesperson and doing my service work thru the dealership. I have never had a problem with these guys. I recommend them to all. I feel Bob and Lance have both been truthful and as helpful as they can possibly be. We liked the stated sticker pirce on the vehicles. We received a fair value for our trade in. Tom Briese was excellent to work with. He was serious about his job and answered our questions. I would recommend Tom and the Bismark Motor Company for a car purchase. They did not have the color we wanted and within a few hours had located one for us. We would rate our experience an A+.
Greg and all employees we dealth with at Bismarck Motor Company were professional and helpful. Greg took the time to explain all of the features (even the electronics) of our new car. Even though my lease wasn't up until 11/2012, when Honda was running a great deal in April 2012, he thought of me and called me--he was able to find a new, 2012, Honda Accord for me (so upgraded from a 2009 H.Accord), with actually more accessories (beautiful black leather interior, heated front seats, bluetooth, compass and temp gauges,remote start, etc.) and I even purchased an additional undercoating,and an interior & exterior protection package and only increased my monthly payment by $7!! Chris met and exceeded our expectations for helping us select a vehicle that was right for us. He gave us the time we needed and was not pressing us to buy any vehicle. While test driving the vehicles, he pointed out features and answered all of our questions. The dealership gave us a lower interest rate on the financing that we were able to obtain from our bank. They were friendly and appreciative of our business.
