I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Murano from Bismarck Motor Company. I had been looking to upgrade my car to an SUV for quite awhile, but was having trouble finding the one I wanted. I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue SUV at Bismarck Motor Company and was very pleased with the customer service I received. Rob was very helpful and was never pushy. He took the time to find exactly what I needed. I like that there's a price on the window so you don't feel like you're dealing on vehicles, it is what it is and there's no guessing games. I would recommend Bismarck Motor Company to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle.

I was able to communicate with the dealership on line to start the process of leasing a new vehicle. Mr. Kusler was respectful of my wishes to stay within my budget, and upgrade my current lease from a 2009 Nissan to a 2013 Nissan. Gregory Brown is one of Bismarck/Mandan's greatest salesmen. We went into Bismarck Honda unsure of what new Honda to purchase, and he worked diligently to help us figure out what we wanted. Not only that, but he got us the best trade in for our used car. He was never pushy or overbearing (like several salesmen are!) and did just a wonderful job in fitting us with our new vehicle. Greg's attitude and effort has solidified that we will work with him for any of our future car needs.

I wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted so test drove a variety of makes and models. My previous vehicle was a Nissan and the help at the dealership helped make my decision. All my questions were answered and the process was handled quickly & efficiently.

I highly recommend George Anderson and this dealership. He was exceptional to work with-- honest, got back to me in a very timely manner, knowledgeable about the Honda, friendly, efficient, and really a pleasure to work with--as were others I met at the dealership when I went in to pick up my car. Bob has helped me before with my car. This is the 3rd car I have purchased thru this dealership and have always worked with Lance as a salesperson and doing my service work thru the dealership. I have never had a problem with these guys. I recommend them to all. I feel Bob and Lance have both been truthful and as helpful as they can possibly be.
