We were interested in the Honda Pilot series. Rob Nagle thoroughly explained each series and the differences between the 4 Pilots. He went above and beyond explaining our finance to own vs. lease to own options. After we purchased the vehicle, Rob spent another 30 minutes teaching us how all the blue tooth and multiple options worked. My experience with the purchase of our Pre-Owned Ford Explorer was excellent. The idea of a purchase of a different vehicle is stressful by trying to deal with purchase price. My daughter and I were looking for a good used vehicle. We test drove a Nissan Rogue '08 from Bismarck Motor Company and fell in love. We were able to talk to Ron Nagle who took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. Also, he was helpful with giving us his number and said to contact him with further questions or concerns. He has been exception helpful and the company seems to care about the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

After finding the type of car my daughter was looking for on-line, I contacted Bismarck Motor Company and set up an appointment with George Anderson to look at it. George contacted me several times to review our scheduled appointment time and was very professional. After traveling to Bismarck, we met George and he did a great job of explaining information about the vehicle. In the end, we purchased the car and are very satisfied with it. George was very professional and courteous.

I strongly recommend this dealership as the service I received while working with Gregory Brown Sale person was excellent. Mark at Bismarck motor company was a incredibly helpful sales rep. The night we came in to check out vehicles was very cold and snowy and late. Mark was more than willing to go and find the vehicle, make sure it was pulled up to the door and warmed despite the fact that we told him it was ok and we would just go out and look at the car. He joined us for our test drive and answered any questions we had about the car. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bismarck Motor Company and had Shad Kusler for a salesman with Lance Meyer in the finance end of it. These two guys are awesome to deal with, not pushy or acting like this woman has no clue what she wants!! Some of us do not , you know. I first contacted Bismarck Motor Company for a price quote on several vehicles. I was tentatively thinking about trading my current vehicle (Hyundai Elantra). I decide my next car would be something different other than a ford, not that we have bad luck with them, but I was just ready for a change. Hopefully we will have this vechile for years to come, and that we won't be disappointed in it. We have a friend that has had a CRV for about 15 years or so and they have had good luck with it.
