My husband and I sought out Bismarck Motor Company to purchase my new Honda Odyssey and am very pleased with the service we got. Our salesman, Tom Briese was excellent in answering all our questions, and when unsure on getting the Nissan Quest or Honda Odyssey, even arranged for us to see another owner's Quest he knew locally to help in our decision. When I came in looking to lease a 2014 Honda Crv I had many questions since I had never leased before. Kevin was extremely polite and helpful. Every question I asked he answered immediately and knew exactly about the vehicle he was selling and all the terms that came with it. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the patience and willingness to work the problem Greg Brown had on my rather complicated double trade in. We had 2 vehicles that were just not working for us since our needs had changed once 3 grandchildren moved in. I first emailed the dealership to see if the model I wanted was available or could be ordered. George replied back, that the model I wanted would need to be bought to Bismarck, but available. They took my information and I was pre-approved for a loan thru Nissan. I went to the dealer ship put down a payment, to show my commitment so that my new car could be brought to town. I recently purchased a new Nissan Juke from Bismarck Motor Company and I couldn't be happier. I wasn't expecting to walk out of the store that day with a new car, but the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I knew I wouldn't get the same great experience anywhere else. I worked with Greg Brown who was so kind and supportive of my concerns. He was very friendly and worked hard to incorporate additional options I needed on the car. I would highly recommend Bismarck Motor company to anyone.
Live in an oilboom town were prices are terrible. Made a purchase with Tim Nelson on a new vehicle. Customer care was excellent and would go back in the future. Prices are competitive and was treated like a valuable customer.
Found the right vehicle at a good price. Mark was very helpful and not overbearing. Great experience.Would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
