I was looking for a new vehicle and stopped in to Bismarck Motor Company to check out the Honda CRVs. I was immediately met at the door by Chad Tabbert and from that time on, he took care of everything that I needed. I left with a 2014 Honda CRV and I am so thrilled with it. Chad, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager provided me with "outstanding" customer service. I was amazed at how they went over and above what I was expecting.

I have known Tim for some time and as usual his performance was top notch. He is always very patient and attentive to my concerns and takes the time to get the right information. After the sale was complete he made sure that all aspects of the vehicle were explained and insisted that if anything came up to call him personally. Kevin Senger and I talked early after the car I bought from the earlier was totaled. He said he had one that would meet my specs and then called back with $500 off on a certain day. This matched Denver's lowball pricing\. They also delivered the car to Spearfish which was 90 mile s from Gillette. Second car I have bought from them. They also took care of me on my total loss / extended warranty issues. I will be back.

We recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima SL from our local Nissan dealership. We had a great experience, and our salesman, Tim Nelson, was great to work with. We absolutely love the car and couldn't be happier with the entire process. It only took about an hour from the time we made the decision to purchase the vehicle to the time we drove the new car off the lot. I definitely recommend this dealership.
