Best sale experience ever! Baldr spent a lot of time with me to show me the Honda CRV. After showing the differences between the 2015 and the 2014 I was still needing to check out a couple of other vehicle choices. He was fine with that which I found unusual, since most car dealers at that time try to push a close to the sale. Wonderful experience all around! I recently bought a 15' Honda Fit from Tim Nelson at Bismarck Motor Company and the entire experience was great! He was very helpful on explaining all the features of the car, what options I had for it, and all the details of the paperwork. After a short time I was given the keys to my new car! Tim and everyone at Bismarck Motor Company are super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
Great Dealer + Great People = A Satisfied Customer! My wife was so happy with her '14 Nissan Sentra she bought last May, I contacted our salesman, Dave Atkinson, about getting another one in October. Very good experience! My wife and I worked with George Anderson and really enjoyed the whole experience of leasing a Nissan Juke from here. George was really great to work with and explained everything well throughout the entire process. AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I recently (Sept '14) purchased a Honda Odyssey from Bismarck Motor Company and am still being blown away by the whole experience. When I went to the lot, there were no Odysseys there. I had been referred to George Anderson by a friend who also recently bought an Odyssey. GREAT DEALERSHIP Britta Burbach was amazing to work with! For the first time while buying a car (and there's been many), I felt like a customer, not like a victim of a ruthless mugging. Excellence Experience !! Purchased a used vehicle with my son, it was his first "major" vehicle purchase. Now remember this dealership sell cars worth 10 times what we spent on this vehicle, HOWEVER, they made us feel like we were their only customer. New Car Purchase Greg Brown was an awesome salesman. The process was smooth and basically done over the phone. We picked up the new vehicle and spent about 1 1/2 hours at the dealership. Very quick and painless. I will definitely purchase from Greg again.
