I was looking on the Internet for a vehicle my husband could get in and out of easily. The Veracruz had worked for him and I emailed Bismarck motor company when I found one on their website. Greg was very professional and friendly from the start. He was not pushy and managed to stay focused the entire time I looked at what seemed to be every vehicle on the lot. He was able to answer all my questions. The dealership had a good inventory and all the personnel were professional and friendly. this was my first honda purchase have been gm forever. bismarck motor company made buyiing my first honda a great experiance. our salesperson tom briese was excellent to work with and he was very knowledgable about the product he was tring to sell. worked well with us to get the payment where I wanted it. So far our honda pilot is a great suv.
Overall a very good experience. Pricing was straight forward and a no pressure sale. Found a lump on tire sidewall and quickly agreed to replace at no charge.
Honda was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking to buy a new van. I am 80 yrs. old, handicapped and young at heart!!. I told Tom Briese my need and he showed me exactly what I wanted color and all. I bought a 2014 Odyssey, first one on the lot. Tom was VERY helpful all the way through the sale. He took me around and introduced me to the other employees they were all friendly and very courteous. I love my van and so do my children and friends. I will highly recommend Bismarck Motor Company

My husband and I found our car on the internet but Baldr made the whole experience great and very painless. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. I have never had a salesperson show us so much about the workings of the car we bought. He knew the answers to our questions without having to look them up.
