We went to Bismarck looking for a used car for my daughter. We weren't necessarily looking for anything specific, just a fair deal at a reasonable price. Greg took the time to listen to us and show us around, asking questions to help determine what would work for us, and we finally found something that made us all happy. Ryan was extremely helpful and very professional. For most people a vehicle is the second largest pruchase they will make. The buying experiece, either a new or used should be a pleasurable experince. Ryan's expertise, Bismarck Motor Company's sales team made that a reality.

Ryan was very easy to work with, friendly and helpful - we would give him a "5". It was actually the best car buying experience we have ever had, very low pressure. When I brought the car back a few days later to be undercoated, etc., there had been a little miscommunication in the shop about the appointment time and what all was to be done, so I had to wait about an hour longer than anticipated, which was a little inconvenient. I had a good experience with Bismarck motor company. I was pleased with their no hassle pricing and the friendly atmosphere. George Anderson was a good salesmen. He showed me how things worked on my new vehicle before I left the lot. I wish there was a Hyundai dealer in Jamestown, ND. My closet dealer is 2 hours away.

Bought my vehicle, 2006 Honda Ridgeline, with out seeing it in person. Shad treated me right. Delivered it to Fargo for me. Shad was great to work with and would have given overall great review if Deb, the title clerk, would have not treated my wife rudely on the phone. When she realized she was in the wrong and called back trying to be nice it was too late....bad impression already made.

We bought our first car with Bismarck Motor Company. I was very worried at first since it is supposed to be a huge ordeal and not very pleasant. We had a great experience with Shad, though. He worked really hard to make it as painless as possible and really went out of his way to get us the car we wanted. I wish everytime we buy a big ticket item it could go as smoothly as buying our new Nissan did.

As a professional who values relationships in my own business, I would recommend Bismarck Motor Company in general and George Anderson specifically. My wife and I were both treated very well and LISTENED to to find a vehicle that fit our needs and not the profits of the business or the salesperson. We both know that companies need to make money to exist but this pressure was not found here. Thanks, George!!
