Rang to make opointment starting in 8th place on the phone.5 hours & 32 min.and still nobody answered.i gave up.was in first place for over 2 hours.how?
Extremely rude receptionist(s)who seem to think they are medically qualified to determine what medication you need and whether or not you need to see a doctor. They, in effect control your access to medical care! Have been with this practice for 40 years the deterioration in service is palpable! Dr Tiwari and Dr Hamilton are good IF you can get access to them!
Can not fault the doctors at the Practace but a certain receptionist should really re think her career choices she is absolutely loathed by all that have the misfortunes of getting through to her. Can’t wait for the new dargavel Practace to open to be rid of her!!!!
