I want to say a huge thank you! Rob, when you came around with the quote, it was very genuine and heartfelt, almost like you’ve been doing this for years! :-) The chaps that did all the work were fantastic, and boy, did the work hard, probably too hard! Please pass on my thanks to them!! They knew exactly what they were doing and how to make the move as easiest as possible. Thank you for helping my family’s move smooth and painless, as you all know, moving houses from the most stressful things you can do.

We have used this company 3 times. They moved us this week and we cannot praise them highly enough. The team were efficient, friendly, helpful and considerate. We were not as organised as we would have liked to have been due to age and the time between exchange and completion being just 1 week. Also our items need to go to 3 different places and they coped with this with good humour. They didn’t complain about our new flat being on the 3rd floor and without a lift. Ash, Jake and Smudge are a credit to your team and worked extremely hard getting us moved and into our new property last week. It was a long day for us all and I wanted them to know that we were very happy and grateful for their help. Hopefully we won't have to move again for a little while but based on their work ethic, we wouldn't think twice about contacting you again to assist us with removals.

From the minute Peter came and gave me the quote, to the day of moving when Steve and James were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, always checking in everything was ok. They turned up when they said they would and left everything where I asked them to. Even today, when Steve and Anthony picked up the empty boxes they cared enough to ask after my own injury.. Thank you team, you definitely deserve 5 stars !! JC
