Great service from Sharad Chudasama. A very helpful chap that has arranged to move my house with 3 days notice. Yet to move but so far good level of customer care. I would recommend

We’ve had such a positive experience with the Crawley team - from our move manager Sharad to the amazing moving team. They’ve been a total shining light in this whole stupid move process and I’m so grateful to them for making it as painless as possible. Sharad has been exceptionally responsive and reassuring and the packing team were so thoughtful, double checking I had essentials and were just lovely to have around. I was expecting the packing up to be one of the worst bits and it proved to be the absolute opposite!

The Crawley Bishops move did our removal into our new house and part to store last week, the team on the two days were very pleasant but the office teams have been very unresponsive in the post move when notifying them of damaged items and also a missing componant of the TV which was mistakenly put into store. Several emails and phone calls have gone unanswered since we reported these issues over a week ago. They need to improve their communications and customer facing post move support as it’s been non existent so far
