Fabolous, flawless flooring from initial contact to through installation. Very pleased with the service provided and the flooring quality and fit and finish are superb.
Craig and his team have been excellent with fitting our new wooden flooring throughout the downstairs of our house. Craig and the team were incredibly accommodating regarding start times and went above and beyond to ensure an excellent quality of finish!
Bishops flooring supplied and laid our Oak flooring in 2021 and we were very happy with it but in September 2024 unfortunately our cottage was flooded. We called Craig out to examine it and he reassured us that the damage was not too intense and he would be able to sand and oil it. Craig and Dan carried out the work last week and we went abroad enabling him to have access to an empty property to undertake the work without the floor being walked on. My parquet flooring has been restored beautifully after 33 years it looks like new.Craig and his team were professional in their assessment and they did a great job within a clear time frame . This is a well established business and the owners and employees deal with customers in a transparent way .They were recommended to me by Lee Pavey from Chest and drawers who restored some cup-boards for me and I am so glad I trusted his opinion .
Cannot recommend Craig, Dan and Anthony highly enough. Lovely people, lovely firm and incredibly high standard of work. We are delighted with our new flooring.
