The Apple cider is terrible. Throw it down the drain bad.

My girlfriend and I went out for brunch for her birthday and tried one of their ciders in Fort Worth. We both liked it so much we drove to Dallas within the same day to their brewery and sampled the other ciders, and took home two 64oz growlers of Apple-Pineapple and Tropic Thunder (Passion fruit). Highly recommend Bishop Cider, it is absolutely phenomenal. I never got the name of the guy behind the bar, but he was as generous as can be, welcomed us to Dallas with open arms (since we’re Fort Worth natives) and was very helpf... read more

we were at you cidercade on 9/29 and the apple pineapple was amazing! came home and saw at Specs they were selling it in the cans. we got excited and bought it. however upon opening it tonight it was extremely sour and tasted very fermented. I couldn't get past 3 sips of it. I'm very disappointed as we live 3ish hours away for the cidercade and really wanted to drink it at home. very upsetting and feels like a waste of money....

Bought 2 of your variety packs at Costco on 8/30 and noticed that some of the coders were not good. Pineapple Apple and The OG were both extremely sour almost like they were too fermented. You could sip through Pineapple Apple but The OG was undrinkable. My dad went to your brewery not too long ago and raved about your Pineapple Apple but we’re both super disappointed in what we tasted in the cans.

I actually came here to check if their ciders are being recalled. We bought a variety pack recently from Albertsons and all of the ciders are off-the-charts sour, minus the Crackberry which is still not right. My wife also got food poisoning at a restaurant after ordering the pineapple on draft. It actually tasted fine but she was absolutely wrecked the next day. I see multiple accounts on here with the same experience. I'm disappointed they haven't commented publicly.
