I love Bishop Cider! I have been up there 3 times now & drink their cider quite often. Pineapple Apple & Dreamsicle are my favorites! Just went this past weekend & got a couple of signs. I wish their shirt that says “Made in the great nation of Texas” said Bishop Cider on it. I totally would have bought one of those too! Of course I will be back & keep drinking their ciders!! Keep up the good work guys!
Every time I pick up a drink I look for their apple pineapple cider! It’s perfect, I love it more than I can express. I was an Austin eastciders girl for awhile but this is my new go to and I don’t see it changing. I love the flavor, it’s perfect to drink on a Sunday afternoon. I am so excited to check out their taproom, if their other flavors are as great as pineapple apple I do not have any worries and I think everyone should give it a try!

Love the place, excellent selection and always changing, cheap to go 6 packs ($8) and reasonable prices if you drink there. The big problem is parking
The hard working people that run the cider pub and the Cidercade are knowledgeable and very nice. Will highly recommend and will definitely return.
Keep doing what y'all do. The ingenuity of this company is as refreshing as your wonderful products.
