At first I was a little surprised that Bishop Cider only had a limited selection to choose from, but was immediately amazed that it's all in-house brew. When tasting, I couldn't decide which one I enjoyed more, so to me it speaks volumes regarding the artistry involved. I settled for Crackberry and Apple Pineapple, as well as bought a six-pack to go. Awesome place!
We were evacuated from Houston and these guys let us in for free and gave us a free cider. That meant a lot to us. Also, their arcade was great, and filled with games I had forgotten about from when I was a kid. APB is the best. Also, their cider is good, and they have a wide enough range of them that anyone can find something they'd like.
Consistently our favorite place. Great atmosphere and amazing Ciders!
The cider was tasty and the gentleman working the bar was one of the four founders and was so knowledgeable and passionate about his product. He made it fun!
All the ciders are good, but High & Dry and Crackberry are da bomb. Cheers.

My favorite cider company by far! Crackberry is my go to weekend brew if I'm in the mood for something besides beer! I just hate that it seems like every time I pick up a 6 pack it's a 50-50 shot at whether or not it's going to be a under carbonated can or not. I've figured out that I have to search through the stores stock for the hardest cans to ensure I get the cider I love instead of wasting my money and being disappointed as has happened too many times!
