My wife and I were traveling through Texas this week and tried The Dark Side. I would put it as one of the best ciders we have ever had. Unfortunately they don’t ship to Illinois. We stocked up with a couple cases before heading home.

Lucy was an amazing bartender! Visiting from Tn where I at a cidery (Gypsy Circus). The low carbonation concept was different from what I am used to but very good! Highly recommend visiting
