I used Birtley car and Commercial to buy a van, which was just supposed to be a stepping stone as two of our fleet vans had broken down. We have actually kept the van and also bought a second one. This will definitely be the first place we will look when we are looking for a second hand van.

Agreed on the phone to come buy the van drove an hour to be told its just been sold! Complete time waster, coward wouldn't even answer the phone.
Terrible attitude drove 2 hours to view car to be told they'd sold and didn't notify me to be told that's how we do business
