Ordering online was easy & quick. I ordered my birth pool kit fairly late into my pregnancy and it arrived within 2 days. The instructions within the kit were easy to follow & the kit contained everything we needed. I ordered some extra bits separately and they also arrived really quickly. The collection process to return the kit was very easy. Highly recommend Home Birth Supplies!

We left it rather late to organise hire but we received the pool and kit the following day when ordered which was amazing! Unfortunately circumstances changed and we didn't get a home birth to use the pool. Full kit and easy to follow instructions all included and customer service was very prompt and helpful throughout the hire process. Would recommend and would use again.
5 star services, ordered the MiaVia pool on a Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday. Instructions on the set up and return of the pool were clear and easy to follow. The pool itself was spacious and very comfortable.
